Job Details:
Summary: Analyzes financial operations and information to provide decision support to executive staff. May assist in development and maintenance of financial models.
Job Responsibilities: Prepares, analyzes and communicates key financial information and provides support to management and other staff members regarding financial reporting and other issues. Assists with budget preparation and financial planning processes. Assists with budget review for compliance and opportunities. Serves as consultant to all levels of management to provide decision support for initiatives, policies and procedures. Performs special projects and duties as assigned, including necessary research, forecasting and conflict resolution. Other duties as assigned
Education: Bachelor's Degree in accounting or finance required. Master's Degree preferred.
Experience: Minimum of three years financial or accounting experience. Healthcare experience preferred. Master's Degree may offset some experience. Experience with Lawson, Strata and Business Objects preferred.
Licensure/Certification/Registration: Certified Public Accountant (CPA) preferred.
Physical Requirements: Manual dexterity required to operate computer. Must be able to travel and attend out of area conferences. Requires frequent sitting, standing and walking.
