1-888-OHIOCOMP is a Managed Care Organization handling workers compensation claims in the state of Ohio.
Duties to include answering incoming calls and transferring them to appropriate parties, sorting incoming mail, faxing, data entry, and miscellaneous filing and projects as assigned. Candidate must be able to work in a fast paced environment with the ability to multi-task.
General Requirements:
Excellent customer service skills needed. Well spoken, polite and pleasant.
Educational High School diploma or GED
Computer Requirements
General computer skills including internet knowledge, Word, Excel and E-mail.
Experience Needed:
Experience in a customer service oriented position preferred.
