Job Details:
Summary: Key internal resource for development of operations analyses and projects. Responsible for improving efficiency and budgets.
Job Responsibilities: Prepares monthly, quarterly and annual summary and detail reports of operational performance, revenue, recovery, and expense information. Provides information monthly and as needed to chair/director. Provides leadership for implementation and ongoing support of inventory systems. Ensures the master file is current, and supply expenses are aligned with case volume and revenue. Manages financial and operational integration of new facilities, and development of new business lines within existing facilities. Other duties as assigned.
Education: Master's Degree in Business Administration, Hospital Administration or other related field of study. A Bachelor's Degree and an additional two years experience may substitute for the Master's Degree.
Experience: Minimum three years progressively responsible experience in healthcare finance or project management, with significant experience in budgeting, financial analysis, reporting with multi-disciplinary organizational and operational structure and large hospital/physician provider organization and healthcare consulting.
Physical Requirements: A high degree of dexterity to produce materials on a PC or word processor; normal or corrected vision to normal range, extensive sitting and frequent walking, occasional lifting or carrying of 5 to 15 pounds.
