JOB SUMMARY: Maintain a safe and clean environment; maintain established levels of supplies; maintain proper equipment
function; and transport patients and complete errands as directed by RN.

Responsibilities:
Maintains equipment, supplies and rooms. Assists RN by transporting patients, equipment and supplies as
necessary.
Performs other functions as required including but not limited to delivery of patient specimens, medical
records and patient care equipment.
Maintains, cleans and adjusts department equipment including wheelchairs as needed.
Keeps patient areas neat and uncluttered.
Performs other related duties as may be assigned.
Other duties as assigned.
Education: High School Diploma or GED.
