Job Details:
Summary: Functions as the department workleader while also performing the duties of the assigned function.
Job Responsibilities: Coordinates resources for the daily assignments within the department. Distributes work and maintains departmental work flow and desk coverage for an assigned area; coordinates work schedules to include providing coverage during PTO. Manage department schedule for key activities. Supervises the department function and resources in the absence of the manager. Participate on project teams and build competency around specific department tools and methods for organizational performance improvement. Conducts quality monitoring. Provides training, recommends improved processes and maintains documented processes and procedures. Other duties as assigned.
Education: High School Diploma or GED.
Experience: Minimum three years experience in similar role, which includes the coordination of multiple tasks. Some leadership or experience providing work direction helpful. Licensure/Certification/Registration: None Physical Requirements: A high degree of dexterity, normal or corrected vision, extensive sitting and frequent walking, occasional lifting or carrying up to 25 pounds.
