Summary:
Bachelor's degree or certificate required. Must be a graduate of a Physical therapy Program accredited by the American Physical Therapy Association. Current Ohio licensure as a Physical Therapist. Must have a current BLS for Healthcare Provider Card through the American Heart Association. Licensed Physical Therapist with experience in neurological rehabilitation is required. Minimum one (1) year clinical experience as a licensed physical therapist. Primarily inpatient care and limited out patient care.
