Job Details:
Summary: Provide basic first aid care to injured or ill fans attending various events at all three of the major venues in Cleveland to include Browns Stadium, Progressive Field and Quicken Loans Arena. Job Responsibilities: Transports injured or ill fans from seat, concourse or venue proper to care center. Performs primary assessment of patient and determines appropriate independent or collaborative response. Administers basic first aid care to patients at care center. Collaborates and communicates with other medical personnel on-site or at hospital through to patient disposition. Other duties as assigned.
Education: Completion of an accredited EMS-Paramedic training program.
Experience: Two (2) years as functioning EMT-A paramedic/firefighter.
Licensure/Certification/Registration: Registration with National Registry of Emergency Medical Technicians (NREMT) as First Responder, EMT-Intermediate or EMT-Paramedic. State licensure if required by state law. ALCS and BLS certifications required.
Physical Requirements: Ability to provide hands-on medical care for patients (fans) at the Browns Stadium, Progressive Field and Quicken Loans Arena
