GENERAL SUMMARY

Under the guidance and direction of the Director, the individual is skilled in the application of the Endoscopic nursing modalities for patients undergoing Endoscopy procedures. Supports the philosophy of Cleveland Clinic Hospital and the Endoscopy Unit.


MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

A. Education, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Minimum: Current Florida Registered Nurse License: Current BLS and ACLS provider card

Preferred: Graduate of approved RN program; SGNA member

B. Required Length and Type of Experience

Minimum one year experience in an acute care hospital setting; Prefer six months minimum in Endoscopy

C. Required Licensure, Certification or Registry

Minimum: Current Florida Registered Nurse License: Current BLS and ACLS certification required.

Preferred: Graduate of approved RN program; SGNA member
