JOB SUMMARY: Provides value that dramatically increases performance of a wellness and prevention start-up business designed around a compelling and executable strategy. Participates independently but within a team-based, collaborative environment to architect, build and operationalize a new company. Undertakes a broad range of projects for market research, assessment, operations and intelligence. Obtains, contributes and integrates healthcare and wellness industry and functional knowledge to assist senior leaders develop and drive major decisions and implement pragmatic yet innovative ideas.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: 5-7 years healthcare consulting experience or industry domain knowledge with expertise in the health provider industry preferred. B2B sales experience is highly preferred. Bachelor's degree in business or science; advanced degree in business or healthcare administration strongly preferred. Broad exposure to healthcare strategy, improvement process and operations preferred Comprehensive analytical skills. Proven ability to work directly with senior leadership in developing strategies, plans, presentations, etc. Laudable written and verbal communication skills and well as excellent interpersonal skills . Commendable relationship building/relationship management skills. Demonstrated initiative, follow-through and problem-solving ability. Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume, and often ambiguous/fast-changing environment. Superior spreadsheet and creative document presentation skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office software. Respects others' viewpoints and opinions. Acts in a positive manner within the company and when representing the company externally Supports and encourages colleagues, especially subordinates. Acts within guidelines of EBD's and the Cleveland Clinic's policies and procedures. Continually evaluates company operations and practices while striving to improve services. Acts in a professional, ethical and legal manner at all times. After analyzing the best course of action, makes confident decisions and presents options to senior leaders and colleagues. Sets long and short term goals and objectives for self, on an annual basis, which are consistent with the goals of the company.
