Job Details: Full-Time / Days / 8:00am - 4:30pm / Flex

The HRIS Analyst partners with HR and their customers to analyze work process design, improve processes and leverage the return on technological capabilities.  He/she maintains and is responsible for administration, controls and process of the Lawson system and works effectively with peers to set technological priorities.  This position also serves as a technical point of contact for the HR team, payroll and with others in the organization ensuring data integrity, testing of system changes, year-end processing, report writing and analyzing data flows for process improvement opportunities.  The HRIS Analyst also supports system upgrades, patches, testing and other technical and HR projects as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:

Education:  Bachelor's degree in information systems or human resources or related field preferred. 

  • Required Length and Type of Experience:  Minimum four years HRIS experience preferably in a healthcare environment.  Must have strong understanding of Lawson database design, structure, functions and processes. Experience with database tools a must.  Strong understanding of HR processes, query and reporting.   Strong knowledge of core HR tables including creation and management.  Prior experience as a functional member of HR technology projects for system upgrades and enhancements. Thorough knowledge of Crystal reporting, MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint necessary.  Project management experience preferred.
