Job Details: Summary: Leads / manages highly complex projects and/or Enterprise system-wide program using advanced concepts and tools of PI and PM to deliver results. Teaches and coaches external as well as internal PI specialists how to apply tools and concepts to their projects. Develops and manages relationships at all levels wtihin area of supports. Job Responsibilities: Expertly teaches and coaches non-CI resources as well as PI Specialist I, II, and Associate on how to apply the advance tools and concepts to their projects. Advance skills in other areas of CI to fully influence CI model application and thinking at senior level. Will be tapped to expertly support the Institute virtual team to execute CI plan. Effectively represents Cleveland Clinic and CI at conferences or consortiums. Develops and manages relationships at all level within area of supports. Presents ideas, concepts and results to senior management while listening for opportunities. Leads Enterprise wide programs and/or entire value stream transformations in large, matrix organizations. Ability to discern appropriate tool with expertise in change management. Ability to manage multiple objectives and tasks to solve complex problems. Other duties as assigned. Education: Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree preferred. Experience: Eight years business experience with at least five years experience leading process improvement program teams and/or project mananement. Health care experience preferred. All level two experience plus experience leading highly complex projects and/or enterprise wide programs using advanced concepts and tools. Licensure/Certification/Registration: Master Black Belt, Shingo Gold, PMP or similar experience required. Physical Requirements: Requires high degree of dexterity to produce materials on a PC, normal or corrected vision, extensive sitting and frequent walking, occasional lifting or carrying of up to 25 pounds.
