Manage overall plant continual improvement, preventive action, and corrective action activities to reduce/eliminate customer complaints, internal defects/PPM's, and waste.
This position is responsible for continual improvement in Quality performance measurables ( Customer Performance Reports). Manage Continual Improvement and Corrective Action activities through strong leadership/development of multi-disciplanary team. Manage process-oriented Internal Audits to drive continual improvement, reinforce/develop company standards, and develop I.A. team. Continually improve relationships and company's position with Customers and Suppliers through direct interface and strong leadership.
