Job Details:
Summary: Responsible for processing and filing various forms Total Rewards programs. Maintains records and gathers information in order to assist in the effective administration of Total Rewards programs.
Job Responsibilities: Completes and processes various forms as part of the administration of Total Rewards programs, checks for accuracy and ensures the forms are properly filed. Handles Total Rewards related inquiries and escalates more complex issues to the Total Rewards Analyst or management as needed. May compile various statistics and/or Total Rewards data elements for use by Total Rewards Analysts and/or management. Provides support for regular Total Rewards program administration. Other duties as assigned.
Education: High School Diploma
Experience: Minimum two years of relevant experience in Human Resources. Bachelor's degree may subsitute for the experience requirement.
Licensure/Certification/Registration: None required.
Physical Requirements: Typical physical demands include manual dexterity sufficient to perform computer functions of the job.
