Job Details:
Summary: Responsible for implementing learning solutions to meet the computer training needs of Cleveland Clinic employees. To ensure the appropriate educational and training programs are made available to all employees in an effort to increase the effectiveness and productivity of the individual employee and meet the business goals of the Cleveland Clinic.
Job Responsibilities: Plans, implements, and promotes end-user desktop software training programs, both instructor-led and e-Learning. Plans, implements, and promotes delivery of technical classes, both instructor-led and e-Learning. Acts as education representative on projects. Researches, develops, promotes and implements training solutions to meet client and project needs Completes tasks to ensure that classroom hardware, software, and presentation equipment are current, reliable, and working. Other duties as assigned.
Education: Associate's degree in Computer Science, Business, or Education or equivalent experience.
Experience: Minimum of three years experience in formal adult training, preferably in technology. Ability to deal with all levels of personnel, both internal and external to the Foundation.
Licensure/Certification/Registration: Valid drivers license (VDL).
