Summary: Prepares, analyzes and reports key Financial/Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) information. Develops standard/ad hoc reports to support the needs of the enterprise.
Job Responsibilities: Prepares, analyzes and communicates key financial information and provides support to management and other staff members regarding financial reporting and other related issues. Assists with budget preparation and financial planning processes. Assists with budget review for compliance and opportunities. Serves as consultant to all levels of management to provide decision support for initiatives, policies and procedures. Performs special projects and duties as assigned, including necessary research, forecasting and conflict resolution. Other duties as assigned.
Education: Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or related field.
Experience: One year Accounting, Finance, Healthcare, Investment Banking or Management Consulting experience preferred. Related experience may offset the degree requirement. Ability to complete basic analytical, consultative and information support through analysis and report preparation. Demonstrated critical thinking, attention to detail and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Awareness of key performance indicators, cash flow analysis, product line analysis and proposal development.
Licensure/Certification/Registration: Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Certified Management Account (CMA) certification preferred.
Physical Requirements: Typical physical demands include a high degree of dexterity to produce materials on a PC, normal or corrected vision, extensive sitting and frequent walking, occasional lifting or carrying up to 25 pounds.
