Job Details:

Selects, implements and evaluates community health and wellness programs. Proactively engages speakers, instructors and resources to conduct Wellness Center programs. Produces a catalog of class offerings that market the department activities. Manages School Partnerships Program including the School-based Health Center and staff. Manages daily operation of the building.

Job Responsibilities: Selects, implements and evaluates health and wellness programs that support the hospital and centers of excellence and include current wellness activities.

Seeks input regarding programming from community constituents in order to meet community needs, and coordinates efforts with community agencies to ensure proper training.

Ensures customer satisfaction and continues quality improvement utilizing instructor evaluation, customer evaluation and monthly statistical data.

Coordinates daily operation of the department, coordinates school-based programs, supervises assigned staff, assures compliance with Joint Commission standards, and maintains budget and other administrative responsibilities.

Education: Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in nursing or other health-related field.

Licensure/Certification: Current license in area of expertise

Required Experience: Demonstrated program development and creativity in a position for at least 5 years.
