Job Details:
GENERAL SUMMARY Processes the pre-registration of new patients to Cleveland Clinic and schedules consults and follow-up visits in a high volume call center environment.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: A. Education, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities 1. High School Diploma, college or technical training a plus 2. Phone, Typing computer and Internet skills. 3. Excellent interpersonal skills in order to communicate effectively with internal and external personnel and strong oral and written communication skills. 4. Must be able to work with patients, physicians and inter-office personnel in a positive and productive manner. 5. Ability to calm patients and deter patient complaints. 6. Must have ability to multi-task 7. Must speak clearly and succinctly in order for the customer to answer questions and comprehend instructions. B. Required Length and Type of Experience 1. Minimum of one (1) year experience in the medical field and/or 2 years of customer service.
