Job Details:
Summary: Audits recorded telephone interactions. Compiles reports and shares with appropriate audience.
Job Responsibilities: Audits recorded telephone interactions for adherence to Standard Operating Procedures: promotion of positive caller experience; scheduling proficiency; accuracy and completeness of insurance and billing data collection; accurate collection of referring physician information and demographic data; generating reports related to system (Epic) utilization. Compiles reports generated from Epic front end systems and prepares spreadsheets. Performs other audit functions to support special initiatives and prepares spreadsheets. Matches auditing results against set standards and prepares multi-level reports for Institutes, Contact Center, agent and/or scheduler. Interprets results in collaboration with Educational Partner and Institute, Contact Center and management. Performs other duties as assigned.
Education: Associate's Degree or equivalent course work in a related field. Knowledge of statistics and comparative analysis skills. Working knowledge of operational and systems workflows. Experience: Minimum three years experience involving front-end systems including appointment scheduling, registration and patient and operational flows. Licensure/Certification/Registration: None
Physical Requirements: Requires full range of motion, manual and finger dexterity and hand-eye coordination sufficient to work on a PC. Ability to stand, sit and be stationary for prolonged periods of time. Normal or corrected vision and hearing to normal range. Ability to walk and travel to different sites for meetings and/or project work as necessary.
