Summary: Under the direction of the Director of Spiritual Care, provides spiritual care to patients, families and employees fostering spiritual resources for healing.
Job Responsibilities: Provides education and consultation for physicians, nurses and other clinical employees. Spiritual care and counseling for patients, families and employees. Other duties as assigned. Education: Masters of Divinity or equivalent; ordination or equivalent.
Experience: Two years of ministry experience. Licensure/Certification/Registration: Four units of Clinical Pastoral Education; endorsement by faith group for institutional ministry.
Physical Requirements: Ability to sit or stand for extended periods of time. Must be able to climb stairs, pull, push and facilitate movement of the patient. Must have normal or correctable vision and hearing to be able to hear normal conversations.
