Performs clerical/technical duties associated with medical records processes and procedures, and maintains files. Process request for release of information in a timely manner according to HIPAA regulations. Audits accuracy of electronic and manual entry, and facilitates resolution of any discrepancies. Maintains operational flow by assisting with general clerical duties. Prior health care experience preferred. Experience with pc applications and medical terminology also preferred. High School Diploma or GED required.
