Job Details: - High School Diploma or equivalent Required.
Summary: Coordinates department project activities. Develops department resource database to facilitate management of various project activities. Coordinates department scheduling of individuals, resources, and activities.
Job Responsibilities: Collects, maintains and reports various information for the department, such as, but not limited to: patient information, budgets, staff and employee PTO and schedules. Assists with the coordination of various department activities by distributing reports, facilitating the analysis and reporting of information. Functions as department liaison by coordinating various activities and providing customer support to internal external customers. May assist with performance evaluations; counseling functions and on-boarding of new employees. Performs duties related to the preparation, implementation and analysis of special studies and projects. Maintains office supplies and equipment. Other duties as assigned.
Education: High School or GED.
Experience: Minimum of three years experience coordinating and assisting with management functions and special projects; proficient with spreadsheets, word processing and database software.
Licensure/Certification/Registration: None
Physical Requirements: Requires extensive sitting and manual dexterity to perform work on a PC. Typical physical demands include the ability to sit, stand or walk to other locations as needed. Visual acuity to perform computer functions.
