Job Details:
Summary: Serves as a liaison between the hospital and designated physician practices to promote new/existing business relationships.
Job Responsibilities: Works with an identified group of physician practices assess practice utilization of, and satisfaction with, hospital services. Develops and implements plans to increase hospital referrals and add new business opportunities. Takes a lead role in the hospital's Service Excellence initiative by actively participating on the Physician Satisfaction Service Team. Work collaboratively with hospital management staff to assist with the resolution of any issues raised by physicians or their office staff. Participates in developing and coordinating activities to educate and reward/recognize physicians and their office staff. Other duties as assigned.
Education: Bachelor's degree in business, nursing, or education, or equivalent work experience.
Experience: Minimum five years in sales/marketing required. Experience working with physicians required.
Licensure/Certification/Registration: Valid driver's license (VDL).
