Summary: Responsible for managing all aspects of the enterprise-wide space planning and Executive Leadership Team project deliverables. Responsible for developing strategies to drive enterprise initiatives. Facilitates space planning committee meetings and works with the members to manage all requests for space and space-related projects. Responsible for budget management.

Job Responsibilities: Acts as primary liaison for Office Professional Staff Affairs, Medical Operations and Institute executives to understand campus renewal projects and other clinical space needs. Works with all necessary parties to develop strategic space allocation and develop proposal and projects for space assignment as needed. Participates in and directs initiatives to help facilitate the strategic and operational processes for the Enterprise for directives identified by Cleveland Clinic's Executive Leaders Management of Executive Leadership Team agendas, standardized reporting, and chronicles of key decisions. Works with all necessary parties to assure approved projects are within scope and on time. C

reation of clarity around project objectives, including metrics, baselines, and targets. Identification and assembly of project team(s) necessary to execute project. Setting and driving goals and timelines as it relates to projects and operating initiatives. Creates an effective plan to meet project objectives: milestones and work units Communicates plan and status to stakeholders: team, sponsors, executive leadership. Drives accountability around commitments across project team. Effectively delegates and creates sub-teams where needed to execute the work. Leverages project reporting to quantify project results for project champion and stakeholders. Partners with stakeholders to ensure project results can be incorporated into daily business practices. Creates systems and processes to measure project results over time (e.g. audit process). Other duties as assigned.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Healthcare or related field required; Master's degree in Business or Healthcare Administration preferred.

Experience: Six to ten years of applicable experience, including direct experience managing large scale projects in large, matrix organizations.

Licensure/Certification/Registration: None

Physical Requirements: Requires extensive sitting and dexterity to perform work on a PC. Requires the ability to walk to other parts of the organization to attend meetings; must have normal or corrected vision and the ability to verbally communicate to caregivers.
