Minute Men HR, a leader in the staffing industry, is currently seeking a qualified Workers' Compensation Risk Manager/Safety Coordinator to facilitate existing operations in the Ohio, Illinois and Michigan areas.
Responsibilities:
- Ability to utilize professional experience to help establish the best safety practices, reduce injuries and create a culture of safety.
- Work directly with management and corporate office to review facts and identify issues of concern when managing claims.
- Accident investigation and claims reporting.
- Ability to travel between Ohio, Illinois and Michigan locations.
- Work with Claims Adjusters.
- Strong customer service skills
Requirements:
- Must have knowledge of Ohio, Illinois and Michigan Workers’ Compensation as well as knowledge in safety/safety prevention programs.
- Must be self-motivated and team oriented.
